Before & After Photographs
A planning application has been submitted to Teignbridge District Council to build seven homes and a shop on the last open space in Chudleigh’s town centre. The site once housed a pub and other properties but they were demolished half a century ago.
Dentist Maria Cochran bought the plot in 1998 and we, the parishioners of Chudleigh, are calling for Mrs Cochran to withdraw her planning application.
This is a space so important it should be in the ownership of the town.
